The "Apricot Hill Raceway" has very long flat out sections and the more power your car has, the greater your advantage. In addition, these types of cars usually do not have much potential for reducing weight, so if you find them difficult to drive then it would be better to select a lighter car and power it up to the PP limit. The ‘80s layout of the "Monza Circuit" is fairly narrow, so you need to focus first on staying on the track. The key to the event is in your car selection. Tuned cars vary in character quite a bit and some are more difficult to handle than others. The "Autumn Ring" has many tight corners and requires acceleration and deceleration in close cycles, so cars with smoother output characteristics are recommended. While newer cars are increasingly easier to drive, the power is often more modest. For good lap times, set your down-force to be strong with a good balance between front and back and set a well-matched gear ratio. In a car with a lot of torque from the low RPM range, sometimes it's better to set a wider ranged gear ratio to reduce the number of gear shifts.
